- For a smooth delivery and the security of your document, please make sure that the OTP code or QR code sent to your registered mobile number and email address is readily available. This should be presented to the courier who will deliver your document.
- If you are unavailable to receive your order, you can share the One-time Password (OTP) sent to you via email and SMS and QR code via email to another person of legal age. The courier will then release your document if the OTP code or QR code is validated. An OTP or QR Code is unique to each reference number. For multiple orders, please ensure to give the OTP or QR code corresponding to the reference number of the document at the time of delivery.
